Trust & information handling

Clear ownership.
Deliberate access.

Review how this website handles information, how technical material is shared and which responsibilities are agreed before an evaluation begins.

Resource access

A small amount
of information.

The resource form records your name, email, company if supplied, request date, collection version and choice about updates. PDF requests are linked to your access session for internal download alerts. These records are stored in a private Vercel Blob store in the Sydney region, with a scheduled 180-day retention limit.

A signed, seven-day browser cookie enables downloads. It contains no email address. Product updates require the separate optional checkbox.

Technical review

The right material.
The right scope.

The resource collection provides business and architecture briefs prepared for external review. Implementation evidence and prototype access are handled through a defined technical-review scope.

Before an evaluation, agree the participants, permitted material, working environment, data handling, outputs and retention. Begin with synthetic information or a non-confidential workflow description.

The customer’s operational records, live credentials and restricted implementation material require an agreed channel and handling arrangement.

Security enquiries

Report a concern
to the responsible person.

Contact John Haigh at john@osyra.si with the subject “OSYRA security report”. Include the affected page or service, a short description and how to reach you.

Keep the initial report free of personal records, credentials and sensitive exploit material. We can agree a suitable channel for detailed information. This contact route does not authorise intrusive testing.

Assurance for a decision

Review the evidence
that matters to your scope.

OSYRA has private demonstrators and selected internal synthetic testing. A review should identify the exact implementation, observed results, failed or unrun cases and proposed operating environment.

Independent technical assurance and customer production acceptance are development milestones. Website hosting arrangements are separate from the security and data model of a future customer deployment.
