Founder and origin

A practical problem.
Before an architecture.

OSYRA was founded by John Haigh, drawing on experience in international medical recruitment and healthcare operations.

The original question

Qualified for the profession.
Supported for this assignment?

A clinician could remain qualified while the client, supplier, site or placement conditions supporting a particular assignment had changed.

That distinction led to a wider question: before a consequential action, can an organisation check its selected current requirements and retain the basis without replacing its existing systems of record?

Regulated workforce is the initial proving ground. The wider proposition is software for consequential work across people-led workflows, automation and AI agents. Procurement and supply-chain scenarios are further applications to evaluate.

The wider question

From one assignment change
to a reusable capability.

The workforce example revealed a problem beyond recruitment: an approval can remain recorded even when the conditions supporting the next consequential action have changed. The same question arises for people, conventional automation, software platforms and AI agents.

OSYRA’s development is directed towards reusable action-time authority and evidence capabilities. The near-term task is to establish value in a defined workflow, then test whether the approach can be delivered and reused in a second application without comparable custom work.

Only demonstrated customer need and delivery economics would justify broader software distribution, native products or later interoperability work. That long-term ambition does not depend on replacing the systems already used by customers.

Current work is private, synthetic and pre-production. The aim is a selected, licensable component with a measurable operational or repeat-delivery benefit.

Government, supply-chain and sovereign-deployment applications remain directions to evaluate. No deployment or institutional endorsement is implied.

OSYRA development began in 2025. The Australian company is OSYRA PTY LTD, ABN 95 702 868 479 and ACN 702 868 479. Its ABN has been active since 1 October 2026; this is distinct from the start of development.
