Evaluation and commercial fit

Start with one workflow.
Measure the difference.

Explore how OSYRA could strengthen action-time control and reduce repeated checking, reconciliation or integration work in a consequential workflow your organisation already owns.

The OSYRA proposition

Keep the decision basis
connected to the action.

An approval can remain recorded after a credential, delegation, site or supplier requirement changes. OSYRA is being developed to evaluate the organisation-selected current basis for a specific consequential action, identify affected work for reassessment and retain the decision basis for later review.

It is designed to work alongside existing identity, policy, workflow and audit systems. The commercial opportunity is a reusable capability for handling changing conditions across selected workflows, with less custom reconciliation and repeated review effort.

Begin with one buyer-defined requirement. Compare the current approach with a scoped OSYRA candidate and measure supported actions, missed interventions, unnecessary holds, review effort and full delivery cost.

Current development and evidence status

The route

A bounded comparison.
A practical decision.

  1. 01

    Define the work

Choose a consequential action, its accountable owner and the operational burden worth reducing. Begin with a non-confidential example.

  2. 02

    Set a capable baseline

Include existing identity, policy enforcement, approvals, workflow and audit tools, application-specific logic and the current operating process.

  3. 03

    Select the capability

Agree required conditions, outcomes, evidence, costs and stop criteria. Scope lifecycle, fallback and recovery separately where relevant.

  4. 04

    Compare in non-production

Use synthetic or separately authorised shadow inputs with agreed handling and access terms. A shadow comparison does not authorise, block or change live work.

  5. 05

    Decide what the result supports

Continue, narrow or stop. Report observed outcomes and limitations. Test a second related workflow before claiming repeatable delivery.

The measures

Control, review
and full delivery cost.

Operational value

More work.
Less friction.

Measure correct contractual terms, supported releases, manual handling, unnecessary holds and affected-work reconciliation.

Review value

A clearer basis.
Less reconstruction.

Measure the time and completeness of establishing the required decision basis and observed effect.

Delivery value

Repeatable control.
Viable economics.

Include integration and support costs, delay under load and the work needed for a second related workflow.

From a conversation
to a defined engagement.

A problem-fit conversation may lead to a bounded technical review, a design-partner exercise or a paid evaluation. Select the route on the strength of the problem, available evidence and next decision.

Before restricted access or operational use, agree the contracting party, scope, permitted inputs, evidence handling, deliverables, support and commercial terms. An enquiry is not a licence or access grant.

The intended result is a clear implementation decision: where a selected capability would add operational value, what it would cost to deliver, and which existing controls should remain in place.

Start with a practical requirement

Start with one consequential action.

Bring the action, the condition that can change and the operational result that matters. We can define a focused comparison around it.
