The product

Keep authority connected
to consequential action.

OSYRA is developing software designed to connect consequential actions with current authority, evidence and organisation-defined conditions. Relevant changes bring affected work back for reassessment, with the decision basis retained for review. The architecture is intended to work alongside existing systems.

Alongside identity, policy, workflow and automation systems

The fit

Prepare the work. Check the action.
Respond to change. Retain the basis.

01 / Authoritative systems

Your sources.
Your rules.

Identity, credentials, business records and institutional policy stay with their responsible systems and owners.

02 / Selected component

OSYRA

Prepare the arrangement, check authority for the defined action and keep affected changes connected to their basis.

03 / Integrated execution

Proceed, hold
or review.

The workflow acts on the result. Record the attempt and its confirmed or unresolved effect separately.

The organisation selects the conditions and source systems. The integrated execution process must actually act on the result, including covering relevant alternative execution routes.

Select the scope

Connected capabilities.
Separate responsibilities.

The portfolio addresses a connected problem through separately scoped capabilities. Begin with the required action and add lifecycle, unavailable-source handling or recovery only when the workflow calls for them.

01The exact proposed consequenceAction scope, intent and delegated authority

Evaluate whether current organisation-defined authority, delegated scope, purpose and conditions support a specific proposed action. AI output or technical tool access does not create substantive business or legal authority.

A defined basis for actions initiated by people, conventional systems or AI agents.

02Inputs behind the actionCredential, trust and provenance evaluation

Use selected credential, trust and provenance information from responsible sources as part of the declared action basis. Keep uncertainty visible without guaranteeing an upstream assertion is true.

The currency and provenance of required information remain available for review.

03Work persisting over timeContract and work-order lifecycle

Prepare credential-conditioned arrangements using approved requirements, then address suspension, supersession or separately authorised replacement when supporting conditions change.

Regulated workforce is the first application. Software contract state is distinct from legal enforceability.

04When relevant conditions changeAffected-work reassessment and revocation

Bring affected work back for the required checks when credentials, approvals, delegation or other selected conditions change. An earlier valid decision may no longer cover the next consequence.

Target the affected work instead of assuming every other action has lost its basis.

05At a consequential stepAction-linked decision evidence

Connect the selected inputs, decision context and result to the action. Keep an approval or release decision, an execution attempt and the confirmed or unresolved external effect distinct.

Operational review can examine the selected action-time basis, not merely a later event narrative.

06When verification cannot be confirmedBounded fallback

Use alternative checks, task limits and escalation only where an accountable institution has permitted them. Otherwise defer or seek human review, with pending reconciliation recorded.

An unavailable credential or revocation source is not unrestricted clearance.

07After uncertain executionRecovery before corrective action

Re-establish the relevant execution and recovery basis before the organisation permits a retry, correction, replacement or compensation. Restored infrastructure alone cannot establish whether the previous action occurred.

A separate problem and test pathway from ordinary lifecycle change or unavailable verification.

08For later scrutinyDecision-basis reconstruction

Preserve relevant decision-time conditions and linked history to examine what supported a recorded outcome. Identify missing information and unresolved effects rather than generating a retrospective substitute.

Supports reviewable operational evidence, not guaranteed legal admissibility.

These are public descriptions of separately scoped portfolio capabilities, not a claim that all families already run in one integrated engine. Each capability has its own implementation, integration and evidence requirements. The organisation remains responsible for authority, source integrity, policies and actual execution routes.

Implementation responsibilities

Defined responsibilities.
Integrated control.

01

The organisation

Defines substantive authority, acceptable sources, relevant conditions, permitted exceptions and human-review responsibilities.

02

The integration

Connects the selected control to the action routes and retains the required inputs and effects. A source, rule or bypass failure can defeat the intended outcome.

03

The security foundation

Identity security, isolation, network controls, model safeguards and human oversight remain necessary. An additional action check does not make every agent or source trustworthy.

04

The review process

Distinguishes a decision from an attempt and its observed effect. Defines access, retention, correction and review procedures for the evidence.

Commercial form

Start with a defined capability.
Evaluate it in your workflow.

Regulated workforce contracts and work orders provide the first practical application. OSYRA's wider architecture is directed towards reusable action-time control across consequential workflows.

Current credentials and approved requirements inform what is prepared, who or what may execute it, and how affected work is suspended or replaced. Customer integration, partner delivery and later product embedding are possible routes.

Commercial delivery can take the form of a scoped evaluation, funded design partnership or selected licensing arrangement, with the deployment and support model agreed for the customer and workflow. A self-service production product is not currently offered.

The evaluation establishes the relevant action boundary, integration responsibilities, operational value and effort needed to deliver and reuse a selected capability.

How we would compare it

AI agent governance

Authority for the action.
Accountability for its consequence.

Consequential actions include releasing work, committing a purchase or changing an assignment. Agentic AI makes the relationship between technical access and current business authority especially important.

Existing identity, policy and workflow products already provide substantial controls. OSYRA’s proposed value is the connection across preparation, authority, affected change and review, where that improves the outcome or reduces repeated delivery effort.
